Are tickets/registrations transferable? Yes, you may send a substitute in your place at any time. Please email Doria (firstname.lastname@example.org) to change the name or contact information for your registration.
What is the cancellation policy? Written requests for registration refunds must be received via email (email@example.com) by June 1, 2020. All conference cancellations received on or before that date will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of USD150. No refunds for membership or friendships. No refunds will be made after that date (name substitutions only). Refunds are not given for no-shows.
Can two attendees share a pass (1 day each)? We do not encourage the sharing of badges. If you desire to share your ticket with a colleague (he or she must work for the same organization as the primary person registered), please let us know in advance. Please inform Doria (firstname.lastname@example.org) when you register.
Can I register onsite? No, please register online.
Will there be wifi at the conference? Yes, there will be free wifi throughout the conference space.
What is the dress code? Conference attire is business casual.
Can press or media attend? Complementary registration is available only to credentialed journalists whose responsibility is the coverage of the conference. Sales, advertising and marketing staff, analysts, content producers, researchers, authors, consultants and others who also operate as legal industry service providers are not eligible for press registration.
