The RULES -- An Introduction to Law Firm Economics

Last Wednesday we welcomed Tim Corcoran, who specializes in guiding law firms and law departments leaders through the profitable disruption of outdated business models, to present for our Best Practice Webinar. Webinars are available to all members and are a great opportunity to enhance your knowledge. 

Here's what you missed:

Tim turned inside out law firm economics to help us understand it better and, so we can "blow it all up!" He discussed the old way that law firms succeeded, and how now success should be defined when everybody wins. He explained the "R.U.L.E.S." of law firm economics, why they're bad for clients, how clients can get what they want and how they ask for it, and lastly, he gave actionable steps on how to drive change!
